Ordering

  • How can I make changes to my order?
    Select the product(s) you wish to purchase and put them into your shopping cart by pressing the button "Add to Cart". When everything is finalized in your shopping cart, kindly press the button "Check Out." After this you can fill out your shipping address and contact information
    To remove product(s), simply press the "Remove" button underneath the product(s) you wish to remove

  • What information should I include in my contact information?
    Please include your Phone Number so the shipping company can contact you directly when your product(s) are being delivered. This way our company can make sure that you have received the product(s) you have ordered. Please also include the full and correct address you wish the product(s) to be delivered to.

Product

  • Are your product(s) suitable for everyone?
    It can be a choking hazard for kids 3 years old or younger because it is considered a small part(s). Please keep our product(s) out of reach for young children.
  • How do your company ensure that the dice we purchased are in top condition?
    Our Quality Control Department will check each die before we ship the order to its buyer(s). They will ensure all dice have no cracks and/or damage parts.

Shipping

  • How long is does shipping take and where are you located?
    We have storage warehouses located in many different parts of the world.
    Shipping usually take around 2 to 3 weeks depending on the shipping address provided. If the shipping address is close to one of our storage warehouses, the shipping time can be faster. We have warehouses located in Toronto(Canada), Houston(United States), Shenzhen(China) and Hong Kong. 
  • What carriers do you use?
    We ship with USPS, Canada Post or USPS partners then passed over to the designated countries local post offices for delivery.
  • How to track my order?
    Please contact bigrollerdice@gmail.com or directly message us if you want an update of your order. We do not send out tracking codes unless customer asks for them.

  • How can I pay for my order?
    Click on PayPal, MasterCard or Credit Card upon checkout.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept major debit cards and credit cards (American Express, Mastercard and Visa), Apple Pay and Paypal.
